Hey neighbour,
It's a weekend of endings and beginnings. A meme-famous arrest gets one last run as a closing-weekend musical, a new bar in Enmore throws open its doors with a menu built almost entirely around margaritas, and a much-loved local pool hosts a farewell swim before it closes for good.
Also, there's an improvised murder mystery for the crowd to solve, a brand-new playground throwing a free opening party, a wall of anonymous artworks waiting to be claimed, a drop-off movie night that buys the parents an evening off, and enough live music to carry you well into Saturday night. Everything else worth knowing about this weekend is below.
Enjoy,
Seb
SECONDHAND TREASURE AT YULLI'S BREWS

Yulli's Brews opens its Alexandria warehouse for a flea market this Sunday morning, swapping fermenting tanks for trestle tables of secondhand clothes and trinkets.
What started as homebrew for their Surry Hills restaurant, Yulli’s now pours in more than 200 pubs and bottle shops around the country, but the Alexandria warehouse remains the home base, fully vegan and anchored by long communal tables that fill fast on a Sunday.
Yulli's has run markets in its warehouse on and off for years, swinging between maker stalls and secondhand flea finds depending on the season. This Sunday’s flea market will kick off at 10am and entry's free, so why not swing by if your Sunday morning’s free and you’re feeling thirsty.
