Hey neighbour,

If you’ve not made Father’s Day plans yet, I’ve got you covered with a BBQ at Shadow Baking, a bush food discovery tour, and a walking tour of Sydney’s Metro stations.

Also, Fringe is in full swing across the Inner West, Tokyo Lamington is collabing with Yarn Club, and there are a heap of markets and festivals this weekend, with Strathfield Spring Festival a standout for a family day out.

As always, I’ll be covering new openings, a stack of live music, and transport disruptions you need to be across. All of that and more below.

Enjoy,
Seb

A THREE-WAY SNAG COLLAB IN MARRICKVILLE

Shadow Sizzle

Shadow Baking is pulling out all the stops for Father's Day with a three-way snag collab on the BBQ, bringing together Aussie, French, and Japanese flavours courtesy of their own Tom, Flo, and Go.

Alongside gourmet snags, you’ll find cold beers, fresh pastries, a jumping castle for the kids, and plenty of prizes from Weber and Grifter to send Dad home happy.

The day kicks off from 10am on Sunday at Shadow Baking HQ in Marrickville, and running through to 2pm.
